Nature themed birthday parties are now available at the Nature Education
Center at Alley Park! Work with the Outdoor Education Coordinator to choose your
child's nature theme and activities. Staff member(s) will be on hand to help facilitate
crafts, games, and hikes. You bring the food, cake, drinks, etc. Informational time
with the animals is included! There is an option to add different features to the party
for an additional cost. These options include: Nature Hike, Visit from Charlie the
Squirrel(Alley Park Mascot), Bonfire. Ages 10 and up: Canoeing & Archery. For more

The Rising Shelter and Lancaster Shelter are FREE to Lancaster residents and must
be reserved ahead of time. The Orchard Hill Picnic Shelter is
available on a first come, first serve basis. Call the Lancaster Parks and
Recreation office at 740-687-6651 early in the year to secure your special
